Responsibilities
- Have deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, bitters, syrups, fruits, and other cocktail ingredients to balance flavors.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, glassware, and ingredients.
- Focus on the aesthetics of the drinks, ensuring that each cocktail looks appealing with garnishes, proper glassware, and an overall artistic touch.
- Stay updated on current cocktail trends, techniques, and new products in the market.
- Track stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the bar has the necessary ingredients for making drinks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, such as responsible alcohol service and health codes.
