Job Summary: The Estate Surveyor will manage property portfolios, conduct valuations, and provide expert advice on real estate investments. This role requires a deep understanding of property markets and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property valuations and prepare detailed reports for clients.
Manage property portfolios, including sales, leasing, and acquisitions.
Provide expert advice on real estate investments and market trends.
Liaise with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of all property transactions and related activities.
Requirements
MSc/BSc/HND in Estate Management or a related field.
Professional certification from relevant bodies (e.g., NIESV).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in estate surveying or a related role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software and computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills with a good command of English.
